According to Amazon.fr, The Neon Demon's DVDs and Blu-Rays will feature a talk between its director Nicolas Winding-Refn and Gaspar Noé. It'll be released on 26th, October.
ERRATUM (26/10/2016) : Released today in France, DVDs or Blu-Rays don't feature any talk between the two directors. However, you can give a look at the various posters projects made by Laurent Lufroy, who also worked with Gaspar Noé.
Selon Amazon.fr, les DVD et Blu-Ray de The Neon Demon contiendront un échange entre son réalisateur Nicolas Winding-Refn et Gaspar Noé. La sortie est prévue le 26 octobre.
